Valentina Precious is a brand operated by Angel Valentina Pvt Ltd.

We request that customers carefully review product descriptions, size information, colours, materials, product details and prices before placing an order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, ordering the wrong product or simply no longer wanting the product.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been correctly supplied and are consistent with their advertised descriptions, except where a return, replacement or another remedy is required under applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review product details, sizing information, colours, materials and care instructions before ordering.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or may not be processed until we have reviewed the circumstances, subject to applicable law.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, deficient, spurious, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its advertised description, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

• Clear photographs or videos showing the product and the reported issue, where available.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the product. The absence of photographs or videos will not automatically remove a remedy available under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include a replacement, repair, refund or another legally required solution.

4. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind requests, personal preference, incorrect size selection or other reasons that do not qualify under applicable law.

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law. This may include qualifying cases involving defective, deficient, spurious, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products, qualifying late delivery where a remedy is required by law, or orders cancelled by us for which a refund is due.

Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, any refund legally due will be initiated in accordance with applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated through the original payment method, where practicable. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Order Cancellations

Please email admin@angelvalentina.com as soon as possible if you wish to request an order cancellation. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's processing and dispatch status and applicable law. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or dispatched.

A cancellation request is not considered approved until we confirm it.

If Angel Valentina Pvt Ltd cancels an order after receiving payment, any refund legally due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived, appears to be lost in transit, has been delivered in a damaged condition or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, please contact admin@angelvalentina.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the information, investigate the issue where appropriate and provide a resolution in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Where a product has been delivered late beyond the stated delivery schedule, any applicable rights or remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The treatment of delays caused by events legally recognised as force majeure will also be subject to applicable law.
